Intercap Energy Systems (“Intercap”) was formed to provide electric utilities and large commercial, campus and governmental customers with an integrated suite of energy information, demand control and energy optimization services. Its product, the Intelligent Use of Energy™ suite (“”), provides extensive analytical tools to quantify, evaluate and document consumption and emission savings; anticipate trends; and take appropriate action to minimize the combined carbon footprints of energy suppliers and their largest customers. ’s underlying engine is an advanced energy optimization system based upon the artificial intelligence software originally developed and deployed in the United States by Intercap's predecessor company. Further developed by a large Japanese utility, the system is now being deployed in Japan and elsewhere in Asia. Intercap owns the exclusive rights to license, deploy, and support the engine in all jurisdictions outside of Asia.
